BioAdrienne has been implementing individually-designed retirement plans and consulting on ERISA issues since 2007, and strives to provide the greatest level of expertise to our customers. Adrienne was born and raised in Greater Cleveland and is committed to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners nation-wide achieve their tax, retirement, business succession, and estate planning goals through creative retirement plans. Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great things that Cleveland has to offer, traveling, and performing on aerial silks.
Brian J. Patrick, FSA, EA,
Senior Actuary and Managing Partner
BioBrian leads the Actuarial Department and is responsible for the review and certification of Defined Benefit Plans. He also provides consulting services on the design of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans. He is an Enrolled Actuary, has a Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Brian enjoys tennis, Cleveland sports, travel, and spending time with his three girls in his free time.
Heather A. Varis,
Office Manager, Billing Coordinator
BioHeather is responsible for the Management of our Monthly Billing, AR/AP, Cash Flow, Budgeting, and a multitude of other tasks as required. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Jessica M. Sullivan,
Director of Compliance
BioJessica assists the actuarial and distribution departments. She is working towards attaining her ASA designation with the Society of Actuaries. Outside the office she enjoys working out, going to Cleveland sports events, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
Desirée A. Knauer,
Administrative Manager, Paralegal
BioDesirée has been assisting with the preparation of retirement plans and related documentation since 2011 as a paralegal. She has her undergraduate degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University with minors in French and Japanese. She also speaks some Spanish, Italian, and German. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and shooting pool, including eight-ball, nine-ball, and straight pool.
David T. Craig, Esq.,
ERISA Consultant
BioDave conducts research and prepares plan documents. Beginning with the study of Employee Stock Ownership Plans as an undergraduate at Kent State University, he went on to contribute to the Ohio Employee Ownership Center and to investigate the history of ERISA during law school at the University of Akron. Beyond retirement plans, Dave reads (books on philosophy, politics, and economics are favorites), travels, and hikes.

Analyst
BioAllison assists the actuarial and distribution departments and helps manage the office. When she is not at work, she enjoys woodworking, home improvement, and spending time with her son and daughter.

Distribution Specialist
BioSandra assists the actuarial department. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, cooking out, watching Cleveland sports teams, and spending time with her three children.
Anthony P. Aleksinski,
Actuarial Analyst
BioAnthony assists in the actuarial department. He has his bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in governance, risk management, and compliance. Anthony likes to learn about history, spend time with his friends and family, play video games, and visit the Metroparks in his free time.
